If you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, because we are recruiting for long‑term employees.

Responsibilities
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. Maximise sales opportunities by confidently making connections with customers, being passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating our products and striving to secure repeat business through makeup lessons and appointments.
Duties
* Sales Goals – Achieve individual sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products, carrying out brow treatments and booking repeat appointments.
* Brow services – Waxing, tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments. Full training will be provided.
* Teamwork – Help all team members to ensure all counter and business needs are met.
* Promotions and special events – Support in‑store and external events through link‑ups, interdepartmental events and counter events including new product releases and charity events.
* Administration – Complete an individual daily and weekly worksheet, and assist with counter manager administration when necessary.
* Hygiene and housekeeping – Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
Work weekends, late nights and bank holidays on top of weekday shifts.
