Our client is a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial SAAS business and is recruiting its first Sales Director. The role will lead, manage and mentor a team of five existing sales professionals, while improving processes, selling styles and exploiting talent.

Working Conditions
* Team based in Birmingham.
* Expected to be in the office three days per week.
