As Global Marketing Lead - ISC, you will play a vital, hands-on role in developing and executing marketing and communications programs to build awareness and interest in our Insulation, Sealing and Construction business group.
You will work closely with product development teams, BU leadership, sales, growth leaders, and external agencies to champion new product introductions, drive engagement, and generate leads for profitable growth. As part of our Global MarCom Team, you will create impactful strategies to elevate Alkegen’s brand, business goals, and stakeholder objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for multiple products/segments/channels, working across stakeholders.
2. Translate business goals into strategies, campaigns, and programs that deliver engagement, leads, funnel, and revenue.
3. Create and oversee sales and marketing materials, press releases, key messages, presentations, social media content, website content, media pitches, bylined articles, and other external materials about Alkegen solutions.
4. Execute growth campaigns for new product launches, developing content strategies for traditional and digital channels.
5. Develop digital plans for awareness and lead generation campaigns (SEO & SEM, digital advertising, email, social media, landing pages, marketing automation) with measurable objectives.
6. Collaborate with creative, media, and PR teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.
7. Optimize campaigns continuously to improve conversion and results, staying current with digital marketing trends.
8. Leverage agency resources, digital channels, and properties to generate awareness and demand, including trade shows, press, media, collateral, and digital campaigns.
9. Generate thought leadership ideas and strategies to support the customer journey.
10. Build and maintain relationships with trade media outlets.
11. Stay updated on emerging trends and apply new digital technologies to enhance team agility and innovation.
12. Develop strategic marketing messaging to differentiate Alkegen and promote awareness of our capabilities and solutions.
13. Report on campaign metrics and KPIs to assess success and inform future campaigns.
14. Provide creative development and art direction for ads, campaigns, and graphics supporting sales and brand awareness.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Industrial B2B marketing communications.
* Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
* Collaborative, solution-oriented team player capable of articulating complex topics.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with superior writing abilities.
* Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple activities.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small, agile team environment.
* Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maximize budgets and ROI.
* Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with digital marketing platforms, content creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 5-10 years in a corporate marketing or agency environment with strong business acumen.
Additional qualifications that stand out include experience with inbound/outbound marketing tied to business targets, synthesizing complex technical content, and balancing art and science in B2B marketing campaigns.
