* A proven experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star property

What Youll Do
* Guarantee an amazing experience for all guests, maintaining high service standards
* Train, guide, and support the team to meet The Celtic Collection expectations
* Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Liaise with the Culinary team, addressing guest feedback and maintaining service excellence
