Major Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager to join their clients team. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential new customers. This position will also be responsible for managing the customer’s account, ensuring the customer’s satisfaction, and assisting the Account Manager with sales and marketing activities.
Salary - £27,000 - £30,000depending on experience
Commission on sales

Essential Duties for Account Manager:
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
* Provide customer service to all customers in a timely manner
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
* Prepare quotes for customers
* Ensure that all customer requests are met in a timely manner
* Manage the customer’s account in a timely manner
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager or Business Manager.
Skills and Experience:-
* Previous experience of working within a sales/customer service role/ account manager role
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong administration skills
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft word and excel
* Experience of working with a CRM system ideally
