We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of Enterprise Mobile.
As a Technical leader you’ll head up our Enterprise Mobile Strategy, Engineering, and Operations function. Where you’ll be accountable for architecting and delivering robust, secure, and scalable mobile platforms that prioritise both organisational objectives and employee experience. You’ll also oversee the deployment and management of Corporate Managed and Personally Managed mobile solutions, ensuring a unified and seamless user journey for our employees using the Enterprise Mobile Service.
In addition, you’ll define and drive the mobile technology roadmap, providing strategic direction to product, engineering, and operations teams.

In this role you’ll:
* Develop and steer the enterprise-wide mobile strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives
* Advocate for a mobile-first approach within technology teams, fostering innovation and best practices
* Provide strategic leadership to mobile product, engineering, and operations teams
* Oversee the integration of Mobile Platform Architecture, Operating Systems, application suites, and supporting services to deliver a unified and seamless user experience
* Provide strategic leadership to mobile product, engineering, and operations teams
* Promote adoption and optimal use of the mobile platform across the organisation
* Ensure all mobile solutions adhere to, and exceed, security, compliance, and data privacy standards
* Collaborate with Cyber Security teams to implement robust (MDM Mobile Device Management), (MAM Mobile Application Management), and (MTD Mobile Threat Defence) protocols
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* Proven experience, in a leadership role, managing large scale Enterprise Mobile platforms and services within a financial or regulated industry
* Deep understanding of iOS, Android, MDM and MAM solutions for both managed and unmanaged devices
* Proven experience with mobile security, regulatory recording and Enterprise Integrations
* Experience of managing a global team
* Familiar with Mobile Analytics and data modelling
