Location: Ashford, Kent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Hours: 7.5 hours a day with flexible start and finish times
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000pa
Annual leave: 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
Duration: 12 month FTCYour key responsibilities:
Plan the purchase and delivery of products
Setting up products and suppliers in SAP and maintenance of all associated Master Data
Creating and maintaining of purchase orders for products, ensuring agreed stock levels are maintained and continuity of supply is maintained and risks mitigated
Collaborate with colleagues in Business Development to ensure the smooth launch of new products, including attending project meetings and undertaking tasks
Working with key suppliers to ensure forecasts are shared and supply issues are known and mitigated
Generating and issuing reports to the businessFor this position, you'll need the following:
Purchasing/Supply chain experience
The confidence to negotiate and reduce cost of goods
Intermediate Excel skills
SAP knowledge would be an advantage but not essential Next steps:
