Join to apply for the Digital Practice Support Manager role at Graphics Unlimited (Vic) Pty Ltd.

We are seeking a Digital Practice Support Manager to join our team at DWP. Our digital professions are organized into communities of practice, aimed at ensuring these practices are effective, skilled, and engaged.

You will work with our Service Management community to facilitate collaboration, share best practices, and build capabilities across over 1,100 digital professionals involved in transforming public services.

You will collaborate with the Head of Practice, Executive Sponsor, and Role Heads to support strategic objectives related to Capacity, Capability, and Community.

DWP is the UK's largest government department, transforming how we assist people into work and manage payments exceeding £195bn annually.

What skills, knowledge, and experience will you need?

* Proficiency in MS Office and integrating diverse data sources for reporting.
* Ability to manage ambiguity, using insight and initiative to support stakeholders.
* Effective communication skills at all levels, using IT channels like Outlook and Teams.
* Experience in process or service improvements.
* Experience with IT Service Management frameworks and best practices.
* Ability to translate high-level strategies into specific business outcomes.

Details, Wages, Perks

Location: Based in Blackpool, Manchester, or Newcastle-upon-Tyne with hybrid working options.

Salary: Up to £38,373.

Pension: Civil service pension with employer contributions up to 28.97%, approximately £11,116 per year.

Holidays: Starting at 23 days, increasing to 30, plus up to 3 extra days per month on flexi-time, and public holidays.
