Our client is a leading multinational searching for an experienced Assistant Tax Manager to join the in-house tax team in Kingston-upon-Thames, London.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparation of the Group quarterly tax provision calculations using Longview
2. Review local statutory accounts tax disclosures prepared by the outsourced provider
3. Oversee the preparation of the annual tax computations and returns by outsourced providers
4. Support the Tax Senior Manager and Director with the SAO review and controls
5. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (finance teams, legal, company secretarial, third-party outsourcers, etc)
6. Assist on the resolution of ad hoc queries and commercial issues raised by the business, providing relevant and practical advice promptly
7. Collaborate with finance, M&A and project teams on tax and commercial projects
To be considered, you should be CTA and/or ACA qualified tax professional with UK corporate tax and tax accounting experience (IFRS) from either a Big 4, Top 20 firm, or a large multinational. As an individual, you should be driven, a good communicator, and able to build relationships both internally and with external advisors.

This role is offering £60,-£68, plus a competitive bonus, LTIPs, and a host of benefits. The tax team follows a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office.
