We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join us in this newly created role — someone with the right work ethic, who’s highly organised, focused, and passionate about finding and securing top talent. You’ll not only bring strong recruitment expertise but also become a valued part of the GBUK culture, grow with the business, and help shape our future success.
Working closely with our Sales Directors, Regional Managers, and Head of Training & Development, you’ll take ownership of talent acquisition for sales and clinical roles across the UK — from crafting job adverts and sourcing candidates to managing interviews and offers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition professional who loves building relationships, identifying exceptional sales talent, and making a real impact in a growing, purpose-driven company.
What you’ll do
* Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define success profiles.
* Manage the full recruitment process for sales and clinical roles – from advert to offer.
* Proactively source top talent via LinkedIn, referrals, competitor mapping, and networking.
* Deliver an excellent candidate experience and promote GBUK as an employer of choice.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales professionals for future growth.
* Collaborate with HR and Training to ensure a seamless transition into onboarding and induction.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience recruiting sales professionals (in-house or agency).
* Ideally, experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other technical sectors.
* Skilled at sourcing and engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, focused, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality hiring.
* A collaborative, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to become part of the GBUK family.
