Salary: 37.5 hours per week (Full time) - £25,087.00 (£12.82 p/h), rising to £25,684.00 (£13.12 p/h) at 8 months in role
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shift pattern, with every other weekend off
Start Date: 3 November 2025

Responsibilities
You’ll be talking over the phone to customers with broadband tech-related queries, helping with router questions or issues that require more ownership, and guiding customers from first contact to resolution.
