This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week, split between our new Swindon head office and our outsourced warehouse in Coventry. This is a fixed-term contract ending December 2026.

This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities - it's about supporting how we inspire our customers, enable our stores, and strengthen collaboration across our operations, including our warehouse partner in Coventry.
We've officially made the move to our new office in the heart of Swindon and couldn't be more excited. Our brand-new sustainable office at 1 Newbridge Square puts us right next to the train station and the new bus boulevard, making it easier than ever to connect. Alongside time spent in Swindon, you'll also work from our Coventry warehouse location, helping ensure smooth coordination across our supply chain.
This move marks an exciting new chapter in our journey, and our new space has been designed with the future in mind - supporting collaboration, wellbeing, and our commitment to working more sustainably.
