Wizard, the award-winning PR & Digital Marketing agency specializing in beauty and lifestyle PR is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing team. Working across a portfolio of high-profile beauty brands the ideal candidate must be an intelligent, organised, enthusiastic and a creative team player with a pro-active approach.
The Role
Managing Wizard's clients' social channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Pinterest, with a laser focus on driving social engagement, community growth and for one of the clients increasing brand awareness and traffic to the DTC website.
As Social Media and Community Manager, you'll bring platform expertise and creativity to the role to manage the growth of our client's social platforms. A good knowledge about social tech and the different platforms, as well as skincare and beauty, you are a natural storyteller and caption writer with a passion for engaging content and driving measureable results. Your main responsibilities will be to create and deliver a social strategy in line with with the broadening marketing calendars and objectives and working with your assistant to ensure an effective working relationship.
Objectives & Responsibilities
* Create in depth social and community building strategies to support the client's wider business objectives and support overall digital growth;
* deliver on brand, trend aware caption writing on all organic social platform including in depth product information to educate the audiences;
* Create monthly content plans for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest, tailoring to platforms as required for maximum performance;
* Create UK relevant content for brands with global channels
* Responsible for the uploading, scheduling, deployment, monitoring and insightful reporting of all organic social media activity;
* Manage Ad campaigns across Instagram and TikTok and reporting;
* Deliver and present monthly data driven social media reports and analytics, drawing actionable insights to continuously optimise content development and inform future strategy and tactics, keeping other teams informed of social sentiment in response to new launches and brand activity through social listening.
KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
* Minimum of 3 years experience in social media and community, in skincare/beauty
* A social native and active on a minimum of 3 social media channels
* Strong experience implementing effective social media strategies and campaigns
* A creative eye for messaging and brand social aesthetics
* Firm grasp on various social media management and reporting tools;
* Knowledgeable and passionate about skincare and beauty
* Experience of working in an agency is a plus rather than only in-house;
* Closely in touch with digital culture and social trends
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good copy writing and proof reading skills
* Strong administrative/organisational skills with keen attention to detail in both managing tasks and budget tracking.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task
* Positive outlook with a can-do attitude.
