Job Description:
NRSWA Streetworks & Civils (Contractor)
Locations: Bedworth (Coventry) & Livingston (Scotland)

We're looking for experienced trainer/assessors who have extensive knowledge and are passionate about delivering NRSWA Streetworks and Civils.
As a subcontractor Trainer/Assessor at PQMS you'll work alongside a team of highly skilled and experienced Trainers/Assessors who lead the way when it comes to bringing accredited courses across a wide portfolio to life
In this role you'll be required to teach: NRSWA (I.e., location and avoidance of underground apparatus, signing, lighting & guarding and excavation and reinstatement in the highway) and Civils i.e., (Box Building, Core drilling, duct laying, and duct blockage) as well as assess each delegates competency through written and practical examination to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high impact and high-quality learning as per the agreed delivery guidelines and any industry/awarding body standards.
Identify delegates who require extra support and make fair and reasonable adjustments.
Ensure the safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of all delegates for the duration of their training.
Complete all course documentation in an efficient and timely manner, making sure all information and data submitted is accurate and correct.
To maintain the integrity and accuracy of the training records for all delegates who have completed training.
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Ensure you comply and meet with all required Health & Safety requirements & Checks.
Previous Experience/Qualifications Required:
Hold current NRSWA & Civils Accreditation.
Proven experience of working on the highway completing civils activities
Teaching accreditation, such as C&G Level 3, TAQA, A1 Assessor, or equivalent
Full UK Driving Licence.
Able to adapt delivery methods to suit learners needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent presentation skills
Able to build strong working relationships across the business and with delegates.
