Optimum TA are working with a growing Warwickshire business looking for someone to take ownership of their marketing and pre-sales activity – building brand awareness, generating leads and helping convert them into loyal customers.
The Role
You’ll manage day-to-day marketing activity, from social media and local campaigns to lead tracking and client engagement. Expect plenty of variety – content creation, outreach, reporting and community building – all with the goal of driving awareness and growth.
What You’ll Do
* Create and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
* Manage Google My Business and encourage reviews
* Design simple, effective email campaigns
* Deliver local marketing activity – leaflets, promotions and events
* Build relationships with local businesses and contacts
* Track leads and ROI, ensuring CRM data is accurate
About You
* Creative, proactive and commercially minded
* Confident using social media for business
* Strong communicator with good writing skills
* Organised and detail-driven
* Experience with Canva, Mailchimp or similar tools
