Construction Recruitment Consultant
Placing candidates within the Construction, Trades & Labour sectors throughout the Yorkshire market. Supplying high volumes of staff on a temporary, contract, and permanent basis. We are looking for a driven individual with experience of managing multiple clients. This role involves working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Managing your own desk
* Building a client portfolio
* Visiting construction sites regularly
* Building a candidate database
* Making placements
* Achieving monthly targets/KPIs
* Market forecasting
* Updating CRM daily with new clients and candidates
* Advertising vacancies
* Resourcing candidates through multiple job boards
* Growing a team within your sector
Salary:
* £30,000-£40,000 based on experience
* Strong commission structure
* Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses based on performance
* Quarterly bonuses for KPI achievement
Working hours:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (flexible), in the Leeds office
Previous recruitment experience:
Minimum 1 year
