Our client is looking to appoint a Project Co-ordinator on a full time permanent basis to join their team in Inverness. This is a busy and varied administration role, providing a key function to support a range of projects for the business and duties include:
1. Providing comprehensive administration support to the team on various projects.
2. Administration of project and contract documentation.
3. Overseeing on site health & safety administration, updating records accordingly.
4. Taking part in project meetings and proposing adjustments.
5. Liaising with various internal contacts to be able to provide accurate project quotations for customers.
6. Maintaining client contact throughout each stage of the project to update on status.
7. Job management, scheduling of works for site based staff.
