COMPANY:
My client is a leading privately owned building contractor with a busy and rapidly expanding workload.
Due to new project acquisitions, they are looking to strengthen their team with a Planner / Junior Planner to work on a variety of building sector projects locally.
This role is ideal for an experienced Planner or an Assistant/Junior Planner seeking their first full-time planning position; training and support will be provided.
LOCATION:
Northamptonshire with some remote working options.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered, you should have:
* Experience as an Assistant Planner, Intermediate Planner, or in a similar construction role such as Site Engineer or Site Manager aiming to transition into planning.
* Knowledge of construction/building projects (education, healthcare, commercial, industrial, MOJ, residential, or leisure).
* Experience with main contractors is preferred.
* Relevant industry qualification (Degree, HND, HNC, etc.).
REMUNERATION:
The successful candidate will receive:
* £25,000 - £55,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
* Car allowance.
* Very competitive pension scheme.
