Job Description
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to operational field teams, account teams, and other departments.
This includes coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Your organisational skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining the OSC’s reputation for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Log and process client calls, translating requests into engineering or FM solutions within contractual guidelines
2. Identify and implement the most appropriate solution to meet client needs
3. Maintain and update associated systems, e.g. Maximo
4. Build strong relationships with clients and account delivery teams
5. Provide professional helpdesk support and general administrative assistance
6. Escalate issues to management when required
7. Work to agreed company processes, procedures and contractual requirements
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
8. Previous customer service, contact centre, or administrative experience
9. Call handling skills
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office
11. Excellent communication skills
12. Team player with a collaborative approach
13. Strong organisational and planning ability
14. Able to understand and analyse statistical data
