The Role:
* Crafting and assembling high-quality bespoke joinery
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings with precision
* Working with a variety of materials, including hardwoods, laminates, and solid surfaces
* Ensuring impeccable attention to detail and superior craftsmanship
* Collaborating with a dedicated team in a well-equipped workshop
* Occasionally assisting with on-site installations
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience as a joiner, ideally within the staircases or bespoke interiors sector
* Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Competence in using a range of woodworking tools and machinery
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for design
