Accounts Administrator Vacancy (Part Time) - Middleton, Manchester - £25,000 plus profit share and BUPA
This is an office based role, part time 18.75 hours per week, Mon - Fri.
JW Lees have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance Team as a Accounts Administrator, based from our Greengate Brewery in Middleton, Manchester.
Accounts Administrator responsibilities:
* Bank Control Matching
* Processing of daily bank statement
* Gift Voucher management
* Cash Management
* Finance email inbox management
* Procure Wizard import
* Daily PDQ payment posting
* Refund email inbox management
* Zonal exports
* MH Paperwork posting
* Other Ad hoc tasks including but not limited to;
o Requesting and management of MIDS
o Bank control setup in Microsoft Navision
o Chargeback investigation
Required skills/qualifications:
* Excellent communication, both oral and written
* Intermediates excel skills
* Relevant experience in an accounting environment
* Professional but personable approach
* Be able to work within a high-pressure environment
* Be able to devise solutions to issues as they arise
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Always demonstrate a can-do attitude
* Being driven and positive
* Ability to multi-task
* High level of organisation
* High level of motivation
* Ability to pay attention to detail and to work methodically and accurately
