About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our growing construction team based in Solihull. This is a key on-site role that sits at the heart of our project delivery function, supporting multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
You will work closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support multiple construction projects simultaneously
* Act as a central point of contact between site teams, project managers, suppliers, and clients
* Maintain and manage project documentation, programmes, reports, and schedules
* Monitor project progress and flag risks, delays, or resource issues proactively
* Support procurement processes, including subcontractor coordination and material ordering
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and contractual requirements
* Assist with cost tracking, variations, and reporting where required
* Attend site meetings and contribute to planning and progress discussions
* Support junior coordinators or administrators as needed
About You
* Proven experience in a Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator role, ideally within construction
* Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and site operations
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with both site and office-based teams
* Able to manage priorities and remain calm under pressure
* Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
* Competent with project documentation systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Able to work on-site in Solihull, Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM
