6+ PQE Family Lawyer
as
Head of Department
in its Tunbridge Wells office.
This role offers the platform to
lead, grow and shape the Family team
, with full involvement in recruitment strategy and the opportunity to handpick your own support staff and fee earners.
The Opportunity
* Take a leading role in department strategy and growth
* Build and develop a high-performing Family team
* Encourage collaborative billing across the department
* Contribute to and benefit from the firm's Emerging Leaders programme
Caseload
The work will include:
* Divorce and separation
* Complex financial matters
* Child arrangements
* Unmarried couples
* Domestic abuse
* Surrogacy & modern families
About You
* 6+ PQE in Family Law
* Commercially aware and growth-focused
* Experienced in complex financial remedy matters
* Strong leadership and mentoring capability
* Business development confidence
Bonus Structure
* 32% of gross salary bonus on achieving billable hours target
* Paid quarterly
* Billable target can be achieved through collaborative departmental billing
