Worcester Sixth Form College is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible HR Officer to join our busy team. The HR Officer will provide an effective & confidential HR service to management and staff at the College and will work flexibly across a wide range of Trust functions and projects as required.
This is a full‑time, all‑year round position (37 hours per week). The start date is early to mid‑April 2026, with the possibility of an earlier start if required. Applications close at noon on 16th January 2026, though the vacancy may be closed sooner if we receive sufficient applications.
