Sales Manager / Plastics Manufacturer / £40k - £50k base, plus bonus, car allowance, and benefits
We're partnering with a well-established, UK-based plastics manufacturer in search of a Sales Manager to help drive continued growth.
For more than 50 years, this family-owned business has achieved impressive, sustained growth and now operates multiple state-of-the-art facilities. Their reputation for quality and reliability has made them a trusted partner for leading organisations in the medical device, electronics, and industrial sectors. The company offers a comprehensive suite of solutions, including injection moulding, tooling, device assembly, and value-added services. They continue to invest in innovation and set industry standards.
What you'll do...
* Manage and grow key customer accounts, acting as the primary contact and championing customer needs across the business.
* Identify and close new business opportunities, building lasting partnerships that fuel long-term growth.
* Collaborate with Engineering, NPI, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For...
* At least 3 years of proven experience in account management or business development within manufacturing supply chains, ideally in the medical sector.
* Track record of expanding accounts and winning new business.
* Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Please note: This is a hybrid role, with three days per week on-site in the Greater Oxford area, with customer visits as needed.
