The Role
We are seeking a Stress Engineer to support the development of complex composite aerostructures. Reporting to the Mechanical Design Team Leader, you will deliver analysis, reporting, and technical support across key projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct stress analysis using FEA tools (e.g. Hyperworks, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ANSYS)
* Apply aerospace methodologies for metallic and composite structures
* Produce technical reports and maintain project documentation
* Support customer design reviews and technical discussions
* Manage external analysis support where required
* Contribute to cost optimisation and product development
About You
* Experience in stress analysis of composite structures
* Strong understanding of aerospace stress methodologies
* Confident communicator with strong analytical skills
Desirable:
* Dynamic/non-linear and F&DT analysis experience
* CATIA V5 proficiency
* Knowledge of certification requirements
* Understanding of composite manufacturing processes
