Telesales Executive needed (B2B) - UNCAPPED INCOME
We are excited to be recruiting an experienced and highly motivated Telesales Executive with an appetite for success to join our sales team based near Waterlooville, Hampshire.
We have been a market leader for over 16 years in the UK Food Industry and have recently become a part of a multi billion pound organisation.
The role:
* Making volume outbound B2B calls
* Having a consultative sales approach, understanding a customer's needs and requirements
* Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients
* Achieving targets both individually and as part of a team
Essential requirements:
* Proven experience in sales – preferred but not essential
* Experience in an outbound cold calling environment
* Excellent questioning, qualification and closing techniques
* Have a professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative
* Must be a motivated individual, enthusiastic and resilient character
* Computer literate
* Full UK driving License
