We are a geographically diverse company, however, there will be an expectation for you to be on-site in our Leeds office once a week.
What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for aligning our people's strategy to business objectives, enabling our leaders to drive high-performing teams. You will build trusted and credible relationships with your stakeholders, providing pragmatic, data-driven and forward-looking people solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take the lead on aspects of change and transformation programmes e.g., culture and engagement
* Collaborate with leaders on performance management, Talent planning, capability building and driving team effectiveness
* Work closely with Reward, ER, Talent and Comms to ensure consistent approach to our People strategy
* Partner with leaders to ensure that our business strategy translates to a clear people plan
Who You’ll Be
You will be expected to quickly establish trusted relationships with individuals at all levels, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and a pragmatic approach to open communication.
In addition, you should possess solid business and commercial acumen, as well as experience applying a data-driven approach to influence change for the benefit of both people and the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Experience working in complex environments, with proven ability to manage competing demands and priorities.
* Proven experience of leading on elements of the full HR lifecycle, such as organisational design, workforce planning, employee relations, restructuring, and TUPE.
* A track record of managing change and transformation projects beyond business as usual.
* CIPD qualification is advantageous.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset is essential.
