Role Description
Lead projects across the full lifecycle: pre-contract support, permitting, surveys, pre-construction, design, installation, commissioning and energisation
Drive disciplined contract management (NEC/FIDIC), CVR control, claims and variation management
Oversee supply chain strategy, performance and commercial governance
Champion QHSSE excellence across all sites
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, compliant, bankable assets
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Operations Management, with a track record of enhancing efficiency and achieving project objectives.
Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Team Management and the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
Excellent Communication skills to facilitate interactions with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Experience in Budgeting, including financial planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment in Chesterfield.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
