Responsibilities
* Lead from the front by defining the learning strategies across high-impact Oracle ERP transformation programmes in the UK.
* Architect training solutions from Training Needs Analysis to content creation, delivery innovation to BAU knowledge transition.
* Define major Training programmes for all user types across private and public sectors as a recognised thought leader in digital learning and adult education.
* Contribute to winning bid responses by delivering compelling training content and strategies.
* You'll help our largest clients define their training strategies and plans, while enhancing training delivery capability in practice.
* Training Strategy: Designing and implementing a robust training strategy aligned with transformation goals.
* Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Persona-led analysis to identify and address skill gaps.
* Training Plan & Curriculum: Develop comprehensive training plan and curriculum for diverse user groups.
* Training Materials: Oversee creation of engaging, role-specific training content of different types (as identified by TNA).
* Training Delivery: Manage delivery across virtual, in-person, simulations, drop-in and other formats (train-the-trainer, frequent user training, end user training).
* Scaling & Evaluation: Ensure scalable training solutions and evaluate effectiveness.
* Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional training team, foster collaboration and excellence.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Quality Assurance: Create and maintain high standards in training content and delivery.
* Ongoing Learning: Support transition to Managed services business-as-usual learning and knowledge retention.
Qualifications
* Experience leading training programmes for large ERP transformation platforms, ideally Oracle (SAP or Workday acceptable).
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* Instructional design / training professional certifications (CPTD, APTD, CELP or equivalent) is a plus.
* Proven expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning tools.
* Clearance-Ready: You must be eligible for SC Clearance (UK resident for the last 2 years).

Please note: You must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom and be eligible for Security clearance. To be eligible you need to have lived in the UK for the last 2 years. This is hybrid based with occasional travel to your nearest base office.
