Purpose of the role
To manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency.
Accountabilities
* Manage strategic operational changes and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including assessing impacts on people, processes, and systems.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and SMEs to support operational teams and align operations with the bank’s objectives.
* Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring effective communication for stakeholder understanding and adoption.
* Manage and develop KPIs to measure business function effectiveness, utilizing data and technology for improvement identification.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management.
* Provide guidance and support to stakeholders through training and coaching during the change process.
