Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment
* Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings for staff members
* Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks
* Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information
* Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Previous experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential
* Demonstrated clerical experience in managing office documentation and correspondence
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work environment
