Here at the University of Gloucestershire we are always looking at ways in which we can transform our technology to enhance teaching, learning and working for staff and students. Our IT Services team are central to this, and we now have an exciting opportunity for a Head of IT Operations and Security to shape and secure the future of our digital services.
This senior leadership role is pivotal to delivering resilient, modern, and user-centric technology for students, staff, and external partners. You will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of IT Operations and Cybersecurity, including but not limited to Infrastructure, networking, and platforms (on-prem and cloud), Service management and customer support, End-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cybersecurity strategy and compliance.
