BACKGROUND:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team, participating in the creation, and articulation of brand across multiple outputs – campaign visuals, digital assets, video post-production rationale, etc.
Reporting to the Interim Head of Marketing and working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, Creative Consultant and the Founders, the Graphic Designer will own and rationalise the brand’s creative output and design language, acting as guardian of the visual identity.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience of design work, ideally with some experience within beauty and/or lifestyle industries and be proficient in use of design tools and techniques. They will pay close attention to detail. A team player, the candidate should show willingness to participate in a small business structure and collaborate with others.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Execute design briefs, including but not limited to:
Brand – campaign creative and collateral, including training materials
Digital – website asset creation, CRM & paid social advertising
Packaging – NPD, EPD, Promotional Collections, Limited Editions and Exclusives·
Social – layouts and content creation
PR – press releases, event collateral, mail-outs.
Visual Merchandising - window designs, in-store pop-ups
Print – in store visuals and collateral (leaflets, cards, sleeves, etc.)
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan bi-monthly content photoshoots at partner studios and production teams.
Manage external production agencies and photographers where required.
Act as visual identity guardian, working closely with the Interim Head of Marketing and Creative Consultant.
Develop, in coordination with the marketing and digital team, a deep understanding of our product, audience, and consumer journey to identify creative opportunities to support acquisition and customer loyalty.
Make sure artwork is consistent, accurate, and adheres to brand guidelines, including correcting or modifying colours in a design.
Proof-read for visual and textual elements.
Maintain and archive, files, photos, and design work.

EXPERERIENCE REQUIRED:
* A solid understanding of design tools and techniques and an interest in exploring new ways to solve problems.
* Proficiency in all Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Knowledge of Light Room, Sketch and Premiere Pro desirable but not essential.
* UX design capabilities.
* Photography skills desirable but not essential.
* Experience within a luxury beauty and/or lifestyle Global brand is preferable.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Independent self-starter with the ability to initiate and lead in a fast-paced environment but also able to ask for advice and support from the wider team, when needed.
* Good stakeholder management.
* Cross-functional experience and ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

* Confident in preparing artwork for large-scale print, such as VM displays.
