Purpose of Role
We are currently looking to recruit an Electrically biased Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis for a Healthcare Contract in the Taunton area.
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a range of Multi-Skilled Maintenance duties across the site.
Responsibilities
Undertaking electrical and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure, such as power, 3-Phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs, and alarms.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
* Proven reactive maintenance experience.
* Healthcare experience (preferred but not essential).
* 18th Edition.
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation + ECS Card.
* City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent).
