Arts & Business NI is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of A&BNIs mission. This is a high-profile leadership role requiring advocacy, entrepreneurial spirit, strong drive to excel and inspiring and inclusive team leadership. Arts & Business NI is a charity and creative membership network that champions the value of the arts, sparks dynamic cultural-corporate partnerships, invests in innovation, and works to strengthen the Northern Ireland arts sector. Since becoming an independent charity and company in 2011, A&BNI has achieved significant milestones. Weve invested over £1.8 million in match-funding for creative partnerships through our Arts Council NI funded Investment Programme, supported our members to achieve their ambitions, and launched Blueprinta £1.4 million financial growth programme designed to build financial resilience in the arts sector.
