Student Loan Finance Assistant
Milton Keynes (5 days on site)
Salary: up to £36,500
Full-time- FTC for 18 months

Gravitas is working with a UK university, recruiting for a Student Loan Finance Assistant on an 18-month fixed-term contract, based full-time on-site in Milton Keynes.
The position offers a salary of up to £36,500 and sits within a finance team focused on student loan administration and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on operational support for student loan processes, including UK and overseas loans.
* Deliver excellent customer service, with a strong emphasis on pastoral care.
* Investigate and resolve queries from students and sponsors.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely loan processing.
Candidate Requirements
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience in a financial role (e.g., accounts payable, loans, payments).
* High level of empathy and interpersonal skills.
* Must live within a 45-minute commute and be available on-site 5 days/week.
* Salary: Up to £36,500.
