Project Manager Bid Lead
A project manager bid lead is required to deliver successful bids on time and to the highest quality. The role will involve leading a team of internal and external resources to develop commercial strategies and manage customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and lead a bid team to achieve successful bids, managing both internal and external resources.
* Develop commercial strategies in collaboration with the team.
* Manage customer expectations through regular communication and formal 'health checks', maintaining good working relations.
* Develop and incorporate project strategies to enhance sustainability objectives.
* Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Ensure continuous professional development of yourself and your team to maintain technical awareness and drive improvement.
* Foster a collaborative approach throughout the organisation to ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to operations.
Essential Criteria
Experience in managing diverse technical input and leading bid processes will be beneficial. A background in construction, including operations, planning, commercial, design or estimating, would be advantageous.
