We are seeking a motivated individual to monitor and control cooling, power, and other critical systems. You'll perform emergency repairs, analyse facility data, and support maintenance activities. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work under pressure. What will you get? * £50,000 * Shift Allowance £5000 * Private Healthcare * 23 Days Holiday Public Holiday Responsibilities: * Responsible for monitoring and controlling the operation of essential systems such as cooling, power, and other critical infrastructure * Performing emergency repairs, conducting regular inspections to ensure equipment health, and analysing facility data to identify trends and optimise performance * You will develop and maintain clear operational procedures, accurately log activities, and utilise Work Notification systems * Support planned preventative maintenance activities, assist specialist sub-contractors, and ensure smooth handovers between shifts * Effective communication, technical expertise, and the ability to work under pressure are crucial for success in this role. Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year working in data centres or critical environments. * Proficiency in fault diagnostics, BMS/PMS systems, and building services trades (UPS, Diesel Generators, HVAC, etc.). * Relevant qualifications in mechanical and electrical engineering, such as Guilds and 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers registration * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management. * Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and adjust rapidly to changing work demands or business needs
