Job Purpose:
The senior financial planning analyst's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial reports, developing financial models. As a senior financial planning analyst, the co-worker will help provide central teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of financial results
2. Develop and work with financial models for analyzing performance and recommend conclusion and actions
3. Execute and measure programs which track and improve the overall productivity and profitability of the organization
4. Develop presentations and assist in executive and management discussions
5. Collaborate with departmental leaders and business contacts to ensure achievement of key business objectives
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
6. 5-8 years experience in finance role of international company
7. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or in final year of exams
8. Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake)
9. Analytical and Deadline-Oriented, able to focus complex numbers into a meaningful analysis
10. Strong people skills, willing to speak up and be heard by senior management, along with ability to communicate insight coherently.
