Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide an efficient service and after sales support to customers and internal departments from first enquiry to order delivery The Sales Coordinator Role; * Processing of new or established customer enquiries and orders and maintenance of customer delivery dates. * Collate all relevant information to promptly process enquiries. * Maintain customer quotes, product lists, price lists, any associated documentation. * Provide customers with proof of deliveries (POD’s) when requested. * Liaise closely with planning, production and distribution to facilitate on time delivery where necessary. * Liaise directly with the external sales team on customer issues and sales data where necessary. * Identify product alternatives in the event of shortages and agree with external sales and the customer before despatch. * Record and process customer complaints, liaise with customers, quality, technical, planning to generate satisfactory complaint resolutions. * Process new artwork through customer approval to finished product. * Carry out other duties that may be required from time to tim...
