Key Focus Areas
As a senior lead in PFI asset management and facilities management contracts, your responsibilities will include:
* Asset Management (Financial and Operational): Managing the financial and operational performance of facilities management assets.
* Health and Safety: Implementing and overseeing safety regulations to maintain high standards.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring adherence to PFI contracts and regulations, with comprehensive reporting.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring and improving service quality standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive senior-level experience in a PFI healthcare environment, demonstrating leadership and expertise.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations, such as IOSH Managing Safely or higher.
* Strong understanding of PFI project operations in healthcare.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement.
* Knowledge of project insurance processes.
* Familiarity with project lifecycle planning and cost analysis.
* Proficiency in risk management strategies.
* Legal and contract knowledge in facilities management PFI contracts.
