Job Overview
* Provide strong, visible leadership to the nursery team, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children.
* Champion high standards of education, embedding the EYFS curriculum through play, creativity and discovery.
* Build warm, trusting relationships with families, supporting a seamless transition into Pre-Prep and beyond.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and regulatory standards, working as part of the school’s wider community.
About You
We are looking for a confident and committed early years professional who brings:
* A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Level 5/6 preferred).
* At least three years’ post-qualification experience in early years, with leadership experience desirable.
* Strong organisational, people and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for nurturing children and supporting their development.
