Eastman Solicitors is a well-established and growing law firm, known for delivering high-quality legal services with a strong focus on client care and efficiency. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Post Completion Case Worker to join our Conveyancing team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing all post-completion aspects of conveyancing transactions, ensuring registrations and submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Submit SDLT returns to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
* Prepare and lodge applications with HM Land Registry
* Handle Land Registry requisitions efficiently
* Ensure timely and accurate registrations
* Maintain and update case management systems
* Close files and manage archiving processes
* Liaise with fee earners, lenders, and third parties
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a conveyancing/post-completion role
* Strong knowledge of SDLT and Land Registry processes
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage deadlines and high workloads
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Familiarity with Land Registry portal systems
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Experience in commercial conveyancing
* Understanding of compliance requirements
