Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless execution. * Supervise and lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance. * Ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a strong focus on health and safety. * Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance, addressing any issues promptly. * Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. * Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations. Requirements: * Proven experience in electrical project management within the building services industry. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Full UK driving license.
