Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Dungannon Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, Days & Evenings (No Nights)
Salary: £40k-£45k
Type: Full-time, Permanent
A well-established meat processing facility in the Dungannon area is currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their experienced engineering team. Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose faults and carry out electrical and mechanical repairs on processing and packaging equipment
* Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime
* Provide reactive support across the factory to keep operations running smoothly
* Work across a variety of systems including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
* Contribute to process improvement and equipment efficiency initiatives
* Maintain the factory's utility systems and general upkeep of facilities
* Promote and uphold high safety and quality standards in line with food industry compliance requirements
* Ensure all engineering systems are operating safely and effectively
What We're Looking For:
Essential Criteria:
* Time-served in an electrical discipline with strong mechanical knowledge
* Level 3 Qualification in relevant discipline
* Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting (food industry experience desirable)
* Effective fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* A flexible and proactive approach to work
