Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Handle laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations in hotel or commercial settings.( when is the case)
Requirements
- Previous experience in house cleaning or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require lifting and moving items as needed.
