About the Conveyancer Role This is a high-responsibility, high-reward opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer who knows how to manage the full lifecycle of a transaction from instruction to post-completion. Youll be supported by a full-time Conveyancing Assistant and empowered to deliver exceptional client care while building strong relationships with agents, solicitors, and referrers. The caseload is varied and engaging including freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, new builds, transfers of equity, unregistered titles, and shared ownership. Youll handle technical matters with confidence and contribute to continuous improvement across the department.
