Our client, a beautiful and multi-award winning hotel and spa in Milton Keynes, is looking for a Reservations Manager. If youre sales-focused with a passion for hospitality, organised and love delivering outstanding service, this is your opportunity to shine.
As the Reservations Manager, you will lead the reservations process from start to finish. You will be central to maximising hotel occupancy and revenue. Your role involves managing all bookings, including spa packages and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. You will also manage and develop a coordinator, contributing to the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage room and spa package bookings, ensuring all guest requests are captured
Collaborate with the spa team to schedule treatments and enhance guest experiences
Upsell rooms, packages and services to maximise revenue and enhance each guests stay
Handle group bedroom enquiries from initial contact to contract
Monitor OTAs and room inventory to drive sales
Work with marketing, sales and revenue teams on promotions
Identify and convert sales opportunities, including corporate leads
Create and maintain standard operating procedures
Manage and develop the Reservations and Spa Coordinator
Who Theyre Looking for:
Proven experience in reservations or a sales-focused role
Proactive with a passion for guest service
Excellent communicator with strong organisational and multitasking skills
Strong negotiation abilities and a sales mindset
