Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate mechanical subcontractors
* Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and company procedures and policies
* Manage labour, materials, and scheduling requirements
* Liaise with Project Management and Engineers to maintain smooth communication
* Conduct quality checks and ensure installation standards are consistently met.
The ideal individual
* Proven experience within a Mechanical Supervisor role within the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of all Mechanical install - (HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, etc.)
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
